As our kids age and become teenagers, bedtime becomes a bigger struggle. Teens feel they should be allowed to stay up late and parents want to ensure they stay healthy by getting enough sleep. It can become an argument that leaves everyone sleepless. How can you end the teen bedtime issue?
Beloved often had difficulties with sleep once she reached her teen years. Insomnia, worry about school and excitedness for the next day all crept up on her. We had to find things that would help her relax enough, prior to bedtime, so she can quickly fall asleep and stay that way.
