Halloween kicks off the holiday season.  Holidays bring fun, family gatherings, presents, and food.  Much of the food we start to inhale at this special time of year is sweet.  Cookies, cakes and candy are found everywhere.  Help teens curb the sugar cravings.

These types of foods are fine in moderation however often teens don’t even realize how much sugar they are eating.  Healthy eating should include the majority of fruit, veggies and lean meats with just a hint of goodies.
