A Day in the Life of a Teen and the Kia Soul #DriveKia

22 Sep

Our teen daughter Beloved has fawned over the Kia Soul since she first saw it on a commercial.  Imagine her surprise when Kia offered to let us drive it for a week.  #DriveKia

As a parent, I’m thrilled when I get to bring even the tiniest bit of joy to my daughter’s life.  So  when this beautiful red little number was delivered to my driveway, I couldn’t wait for Beloved to see it.  I just knew she’s be over the moon.  I also knew that I’d better hurry and get my chance at this cutie before she commandeered.

The Inferno Red Kia Soul is one of those economical vehicles that doesn’t feel like one.  It was smooth on the road and incredibly comfortable to drive.  Even though it looked like a little box, it had a lot of room inside.  Having the panoramic sunroof and 360 degrees of window makes the vehicle feel huge and blind spots are no longer an issue.

Just Plane Dad and I enjoyed driving the vehicle but Beloved had the biggest blast.  I truly believe she shed a tear when it was time to say goodbye.  Here’s how they spent their day together:
